Soft skills

At Najprzedszkola we place particular emphasis on developing soft skills in our youngest students. They are understood as a set of competencies that enable effective management of thinking, emotions and behavior, which in turn promotes success in both personal and professional life. Research, including this conducted by Deloitte Access Economics, indicates that these skills will be crucial in the future on the labor market, estimating that in 2030 as many as 67% of professions will require primarily social competences.

The most important soft skills include emotional intelligence, the ability to motivate yourself and others, empathy, the ability to communicate effectively, building relationships, quick learning methods, public speaking, as well as the ability to use the Internet responsibly and build a personal brand. Recognizing their importance, in addition to the standard educational program, we have included learning these key social competences in our preschool offer.

This program was developed by Dr. Mateusz Grzesiak, assistant professor at the Department of Management at the WSB University, who is considered an expert in the field of soft skills. Holding doctorates in psychology, pedagogy and management, Dr. Grzesiak is the creator of modern educational programmes, for which he received many prestigious awards, including the Medal of the National Education Commission and the Bronze Cross of Merit. His experience and commitment to the development of soft skills in Poland ensure the high quality of our program.

Soft skills model created by Dr. Grzesiak divides these competencies into four main categories: marketing, personal development, management and spirituality. In our kindergarten, the educational program is based on these categories and the selection of specific skills is adapted to the age and stage of development of children. Learning takes place through attractive games and activities that allow effective acquisition of knowledge without unnecessary theory.

Thanks to our program, children leaving the Najprzedszkole demonstrate better emotion management, the ability to express needs, build relationships with others and a healthy approach to many aspects of life. Our approach to teaching soft skills ensures that we raise ethical, effective, intelligent and active people what is extremely important from an early age.

Swimming pool

Swimming is not only a sport but above all an activity that supports the comprehensive development of the child. With the use of games and modern accessories children learn to become accustomed to water, swim independently, jump safely and dive. This is a great opportunity to strengthen muscles, improve posture and experience emotional triumphs. Classes at the FALA swimming school, available for children from 4 years of age, combine learning with fun, offering an unforgettable experience.

Therapy with dogs

An extremely attractive form of classes using dogs, which aims to improve children’s interactions with dogs, develop concentration and overcome fears. Close contact with a dog brings children joy and has a positive impact on their emotional development. Classes aimed at the youngest preschool groups (2.5-year-olds and 3-year-olds), conducted by a qualified therapist, create an opportunity for new life experiences.

Gymnastics

Specially designed gymnastic classes are aimed to prevent health problems resulting from improper body posture. Through play and appropriately selected exercises, children can correct the shortcomings resulting from excessive sitting, for example in front of a screen. Exercises conducted by an experienced physiotherapist teach correct movement patterns, supporting the healthy physical development of every preschooler.

Dancing classes

From an early age, children feel a natural need to move and play. One of the best ways to combine these two passions is dancing. During classes children engage spontaneously in various forms of fun related to movement and dance. Dancing is not only an excellent form of entertainment but also has a positive effect on the psychophysical condition of children, developing their personality. Learning a specific dance choreography develops patience, systematicity and self-discipline.

LEGO® Education

Our kindergarten offers education through play using LEGO bricks. It is a modern learning method that develops creativity, construction and language skills. Classes are conducted by trained staff, enabling children to explore their own ideas and develop mathematical and social skills.

Music and rhythm classes

These classes are a source of joy and learning, combining singing, playing instruments and rhythmic exercises. They develop musical imagination, teach group working and building relationships. They have a positive effect on intellectual, emotional and social development, supporting the harmonious development of the child.

Theater classes

Theater education, through play with theater elements, develops imagination, communication and emotional skills. It helps overcome shyness, build self-confidence and teaches how to express feelings. Theater classes also shape moral attitudes, develop literary skills and creativity, providing valuable support in the harmonious development of preschoolers.

Sports classes

Sports activities are dynamic games and physical activities that play a key role in physical education. They help in shaping discipline, responsibility, and the ability to cooperate in a group. They improve well-being, health and teach the principles of healthy competition. Thanks to it, children develop dexterity, speed, strength and learn the principles of functioning in a team, which is the foundation for their future success in both sports and social life.

Classes with a psychologist

We discover the secrets of emotions there. During classes, children learn to recognize and name their emotions, as well as acquire skills in dealing with difficult feelings. Children have the opportunity to develop their emotional intelligence and social skills, which will help them cope better in relationships with others and in various life situations.

Sensory art

Activities that stimulate imagination and develop creativity on many levels, using a variety of colors, textures, consistencies and even flavors. Children have the opportunity to experiment, discover and create, while each of their senses is involved in the process of creating. From touch to taste, from sight to smell – every moment of the class is a journey through sensory experiences.

Thanks to the diverse offer, every child has a chance to find something for themselves that will help them develop their passions, interpersonal skills, critical thinking and creativity. Our kindergarten focuses on the holistic development of children, providing them the best conditions for learning and playing in a safe, stimulating environment.

The most effective methods used in Najprzedszkole- education of the future

We strive to discover and develop the inner talents and strengths of each child to enable them to fulfill their dreams and develop their passions. Our goal is to develop self-esteem and independence in pursuing goals to ensure the best results.

We present the world to the child in its authentic form, teaching how to cope with various life situations. We create an environment conducive to learning through experience, making mistakes and drawing conclusions, which allows you to build a personal hierarchy of values.

We use educational methods based on positive discipline which focuses on supporting good behavior through understanding and respect, not punishment. Children learn responsibility for their actions in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Promoting healthy habits is crucial for the comprehensive development of children. Through education and practical activities, we teach them how to recognize and choose a healthy lifestyle, which leads to their ability to make independent, positive choices in the future.

We use LEGO®️ bricks as a tool to stimulate imagination and creativity. Playing with LEGO®️ bricks supports the development of social, language and mathematical skills through creative activities and play appropriate to the child’s age.

We are inspired by the values promoted by Jesper Juul, focusing on communication and relationships built on mutual respect and understanding. We emphasize emotional support of the child in the process of development.

Our kindergarten has natural playgrounds that promote the harmonious development of the child in all spheres: cognitive, emotional, social and physical. These playgrounds stimulate imagination, sensory integration and motor skills.

We use an individual approach to education through tutoring and project work, which allows deep understanding and practical application of knowledge. Educational projects inspire exploration and are tailored to children’s interests and developmental needs.

The educational model of Najprzedszkole

Authoritative parenting style: we set clear rules and standards, while encouraging discussion and understanding of their justification. Accepting and child-centered upbringing: we offer support, understanding and acceptance, while demanding and monitoring learning progress. The teacher acts as a guide, helping children become independent.

At Najprzeszkole we strive to make every child feel understood, supported and motivated to develop their unique talents. We provide an environment that is safe, stimulating and loving, where children can develop their passions, interests and skills. Our philosophy is based on the belief that each child is unique and deserves an individual approach that will allow him or her to achieve their full potential.

We combine all these methods and approaches into a coherent educational system that is adapted to the dynamically changing world, preparing children not only for future education but also for life in society. At Najprzedszkole we teach children how to be not only good students but also sensitive and responsible people.

We focus on the development of social, emotional and cognitive competences, while ensuring that our teaching methods are attractive, modern and effective. Thanks to this, preschoolers at Najprzeszkole experience education in a way that is natural and pleasant for them what turns into their later educational and personal successes.

We encourage parents to participate actively in their children’s education by offering regular meetings, workshops and information sessions to better understand the methods and approaches we use. We believe that cooperation between teachers, children and parents is crucial for effective development and education.
